WHAT WE OFFER

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Pilates Introduction sessions are where new clients start to learn the basic principles and exercises to help them feel confident and prepared to join group classes. Many clients continue with one-to-one or duet sessions, which are tailored to individual needs. These sessions may focus on Pilates, ballet, or therapeutic movement to work towards a specific goal, support rehabilitation from injury or surgery, manage pain or chronic issues, or deepen training.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Do you have a group of three to four friends or family members who would like a private class at a regular day and time outside the timetable that suits your group? These sessions are similar to other private classes and may focus on Pilates, ballet, or therapeutic movement, working towards shared goals while still being adapted to individual needs. Please enquire to arrange your own private group class and to discuss pricing options.





GROUP CLASSES

Small, personalised group classes with a maximum of five participants, offered Monday to Thursday. Pilates classes focus on improving mobility, building core strength, and supporting overall movement, with slower-paced morning classes for mature clients and more dynamic evening classes. A ladies-only Pilates class is also available. Classical ballet classes work mainly at the barre to traditional music, supporting posture, strength, coordination, and balance.




LC STUDIO & LISA

At LC Studio, we offer a tailored approach to fitness and wellness in our boutique studio. Choose from private sessions or small classes in Pilates, Ballet Barre, and Therapeutic Movement designed to meet your individual needs.


Founded by Lisa Carswell in 2017, LC Studio draws on Lisa’s 35+ years of Pilates practice and teaching since 2014. As a classically trained ballet dancer, Lisa’s expertise extends to Adult Ballet classes. Her deep understanding of body mechanics allows her to teach effective movement patterns that support fitness, pain management, and recovery from injury or surgery. Lisa specializes in addressing structural imbalances and conditions such as lower back pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, sciatica, scoliosis and hyper-mobility.
